Jesus Didn’t Get Angry

When Martha questioned Jesus why He hadn’t come earlier to heal Lazarus, Jesus didn’t get angry with her… (as depicted in the Movie “The Greatest Story Ever Told”). Rather He was gentle with Martha in answering her, encouraging her through His words, and later by His actions when He raised Lazarus from the dead.

Let’s not get confused here. Jesus got angry, but He showed us how to respond to those seeking answers, guidance, and understanding to the “whys” in their lives.
